Actor Chris Evans has been named the sexiest man alive by People Magazine. In other words, here is the hottest bloke in the kingdom – a man the ladies are supposed to go “ahh” over.
The magazine recently unveiled the 41-year-old actor as the “sexiest man alive,” noting that “the universe has spoken,” although it is open to doubt the “universe” was actually involved in that decision.
Anyway, the actor is cool with the award but justly acknowledged for some ribbing by his friends. He believes, however, that his mother would love the tag from the magazine because she is incredibly proud of what he does, and yes, the award is something she could brag about.
With his current naming, the Captain America actor takes the position from his compatriot and fellow actor Paul Rudd, who was given the award last year.
Chris Evens, whose career began in the 2000s, noted during a sit-down with the magazine that he’s pretty comfortable where he is in his career at the moment, which means that he can take a break and still return to something intriguing he would love to work on.
His naming as the “sexiest man alive” will last a year, after which another selection will be made.
