The dram continued for Kim Kardashian and social media users erupted with consternation and indignation as she reportedly filed a trademark for a beauty and toy line she’s setting up for her first daughter, North West.
North might still be a kid – she’s currently nine years but will be 10 in June – but her mother is already setting her up to be a beauty magnate. Only, the public has been most disapproving of the move.
A recent report by Pop Crave indicated that the former KKW boss had filed for trademarks for her daughter as a prelude to launching a beauty and toy line for the kid. But social media users are not having it.
According to some of the critics of the initiative, North is too young to understand beauty products and the supposed people she would be creating the products are themselves too young for such. Some tweeps asked Kim Kardashian just let her daughter be until she grows up.
